Here's Chasity, our brand new mare, 1 week after purchase getting ready for her first ever Halter class at the Georgia State Draft Show down at Perry, GA 10-17-09; Want to guess what place she won????

If you guessed by the color of the Blue Ribbon, then yes, she won 1st Place out of 10 entries total. Her teammate Farbig Bonnie won 4th Place. Read more about them and their story below.

NASDHA #3443 Premium HOMOZYGOUS Mare

Bonnie is our other new Black and White 16.3 Premium mare. The girls journey began for us in OH where we picked them up on a rainy weekend in October from our Amish friends, the Coblentz at Pine Acres Farm. The girls traveled to KY where they drove as a team for the first time at the KY Horse Park. With little time to rest and adjust to life in Georgia, they were wisked off to the State Fair in Perry, GA for their first ever state GDHA Draft Horse Show halter entry. To end in a grande finale, they really showed their true colors and loaded in the trailer during the night fireworks display!!! These Amish farm girls had an amazing first couple of weeks, and now they're at their new home resting and we couldn't be more proud!!!!
